YMCA Exeter are participating in the nationwide fundraising campaign ‘The Big Give’ from Tuesday 3rd December to Tuesday 10th December where we will be match funded for all financial donations. Our campaign is called Reducing Youth Homelessness – please will you help? We are raising money towards creating four new two-bed homes in the community for our residents moving on. And all the money raised is being DOUBLED by The Big Give!
All week we will be out and about with TravelDevon’s smoothie bike and a static road bike from Ride-On Exeter. We will be making smoothies and encouraging people to take 15 minutes to peddle madly on the spot as we highlight the journey our residents are making, collect donations and share our stories. Launching at Grow Coffee House on South Street and visiting Nationwide on Bedford Square, Exe-Vale Tesco, Exeter Cookery School, here on St David’s Hill and other venues to be confirmed, we will be raising money to create four new two-bed homes in the community for our residents moving on.
